BGB’s Soldiers Joy IPA (India Pale Ale) “Hoppy means Happy"
India Pale Ale gets its name and unique style from British Brewers who were making
beer for export to India. This style has an intense hop flavor which was used to preserve
the beer for the long voyage. India Pale Ale has a golden to copper color with a medium
maltiness and body. The aroma is moderate to very strong. “An International delight brewed
right here in the Good Ole southern USA that will make your taste buds stand up, let out a
Rebel Yell and tell ya that they love ya”
BGB’s Revolutionary American Pale Ale “A Patriot’s Ale”
Of British origin but REVOLUTIONIZED AMERICAN STYLE, this creation is now popular
worldwide and the use of local ingredients, or imported, produces variances in character
from region to region. Generally, expect a pleasant balance of malt and hops. American
versions tend to be cleaner and hoppier, while British tend to be more malty, buttery and
aromatic. “Every Soldiers Delight after a hard day on the Battle Ground”. The General
Fred’s say “it’s like One of those Southern Belle’s we met after a day on the battle ground….
Smooth and sassy”
BGB General’s “SHINE” (USA Light Style) The White Lightning of Beers
